Complete the ‘To Receive Money’ form by providing the requested information: country from which the money has been sent, sender’s name, amount sent and the MTCN number (Money Transfer Control Number) which makes it easier to find the transfer in the system.
Present a valid ID to prove that you are the recipient. If you do not have a valid ID, you have to answer a test question. If so, you have to show a copy of your report to the police concerning your lost ID. The report may not be older than two months.
